1. Data Controller

Pursuant to Law No. 6698 (KVKK), your personal data are processed by Uzser Teknoloji as the data controller within the scope described below.

Your data are collected verbally, in writing, or electronically within the scope of establishing and performing the legal relationship with our company and processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

• To request deletion/destruction under legal conditions
• To request notification to third parties regarding rectification/deletion
• To object to decisions based solely on automated processing
• To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing
